Claire grew up in the small town of Hartland, Michigan, leading her to attend Michigan State University (MSU), where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Management and a Minor in Public Relations. Amidst her academic pursuits, Claire balanced her roles as an athlete on the water ski team, a Teaching Assistant for a public relation writing course, and a Research Assistant in the Communication Arts& Sciences department.
In 2017, Claire packed her bags and moved to Knoxville, TN to begin her professional career as a Marketing Coordinator at LeBlanc Financial Alliance. Her responsibilities encompassed strategic event planning, client relations, and overseeing the firm's marketing endeavors, alongside managing wholesaler relations for private placement investments.
Recognizing her talents and dedication, Claire assumed the role of Director of Administration and Special Projects in 2021. In this capacity, she not only continued previous duties but also took the lead in pioneering new firm-wide initiatives and management, all while maintaining a dedicated commitment to client satisfaction and engagement.
In 2023, Claire assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), a testament to her leadership and contributions to LeBlanc Financial Alliance. In her new role, she directs all operational endeavors, prioritizing the delivery of a white-glove, personalized experience for the clients of LeBlanc Financial Alliance.
Outside the office, Claire has a true passion for a wide variety of water sports, enjoying waterskiing, wakeboarding, kiteboarding, and surfing. Additionally, her passions extend to the ice rink, where she is an active member and player of the Knoxville hockey community. When Claire isn't on the water or ice, you'll often find her exploring her passion of travel. She's already journeyed to 27 countries and continues to add to her list.
