Scott was born and raised on the Cumberland Plateau in Jamestown, Tennessee. A proud alumni of the University of Tennessee, Scott graduated in 1999 and has since called Knoxville his home.

Upon graduation, Scott assumed a role as a Finance Manager for a local company. It was here that his passion for the industry was ignited, propelling him towards his ultimate goal of becoming a financial advisor. In 2007, Scott realized this ambition when he joined LeBlanc Financial Alliance, where he has since dedicated himself to guiding individuals, families, and businesses nationwide towards financial independence.

Scott's ascent within the firm has been marked by milestones of success. In 2016, he joined Kevin LeBlanc by becoming a Partner of LeBlancFinancial Alliance. In 2020, he stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), followed by his appointment as ManagingPartner/COO in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, he assumed the position of Managing Partner/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking the latest chapter in his career. Together, Scott and Kevin have full partnership responsibility related to all strategic initiatives and executive decisions. Scott's commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed, earning him nominations as Financial Advisor of the Year in Knoxville's CityView Best of the Best awards in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.

Scott and his wife, Courtney, welcomed their son Brooks into the world in March 2018, followed by their daughter Collins in December 2022. In his leisure time, Scott enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, the game of golf, tailgating/cheering on the Vols, boating, and visiting with friends and family in his hometown.
